<span style="line-height:1.5;font-family:SimSun;font-size:16px;">(1)添加剂在PVC树脂中分散不均使<a href="/product925341.html" target="_blank"><strong>泡沫片材</strong></a>产生气泡。采用高速混合机理捏合软质PVC物料，通常以捏合温度（或捏合时间）作为捏合工艺控制的主要对象。如果捏合终点温度过低（即捏合时间不足），就会使三盐基硫酸铅、AC发泡剂及其他助剂在PVC树脂中分散不均。当三盐基硫酸铅在PVC树脂中分散不均时，三盐基硫酸铅凝聚体就与PVC树脂形成界面，这?a href="/product925345.html" target="_blank"><strong>泡沫</strong></a>片材产生气泡创造了条件。另外，在三盐基硫酸铅凝聚的地方，三盐基硫酸铅分子浓度比AC分子浓度大得多，根据偶氮二甲酰胺PVC物料中先进行碱性水解生成偶氮甲酸根，而后偶氮甲酸根再与铅离子作用生成不溶且不稳定的中间体偶氮甲酸?它比偶氮二甲酰胺更不稳定。受热后迅速分解，很快产生气体。这一活化理论，铅离子浓度的增大会对其周围的AC发泡剂微粒产生很强的活化作用，使AC发泡剂受热分解产生更多的气体并在界面处聚集，伴随着塑化片坯的常压热处理，在界面处聚集的气体膨胀产生了气泡。当AC发泡剂在PVC树脂中分散不均时，凝聚成团的AC发泡剂在一定的温度和压力下受热分解放出大量的气体和热量，而在过饱和熔融物内形成温度很高、气体压力很大的泡孔。待塑化片坯进行二次发泡时，该泡孔内的气体急剧膨胀形成孔径很大的大气泡?/span>
</p>
<p>
<span style="line-height:1.5;font-family:SimSun;font-size:16px;">(2)PVC叠合料塑化不完全引起泡沫片材产生气泡。泡沫片材是由几种厚度不同（即重量不同）和颜色不同的双辊型片叠合后熔融发泡形成的。叠合料的色谱分布从底层至表面层依次是色底层、白底夹层、红底夹层、白面夹层和色薄面层等。叠合料装模后，其色底层与模具表面直接接触，而色薄面层与钢板紧贴，即每一模腔放置两组叠合料，上下重叠，中间以钢板隔开，当加模塑时，与模具表面直接接触的色底层受热温度高，而与钢板紧贴的色薄面层受热温度低。如果加热蒸汽压?.65MPa，或者蒸汽压力处?.65~0.85MPa但加热时间缩短，或者控制冷却水的开关失灵使蒸汽带水等，都会使叠合料熔融塑化不完全，体现在红底夹层与白底夹层之间以及红底夹层与白面夹层之间的局部位置会产生PVC分子链不能相互缠结而出现分层现象，因为在靠近板的地方受热温度较低。因此，当红底夹层的上、下两面的局部位置出现分层时，分层处片料表面上的许多AC发泡剂微粒受热分解产生的气体就会聚集在那里，待二次发泡时，在分层处聚集的气体膨胀便产生了气泡?/span>
</p>
<p>
<span style="line-height:1.5;font-family:SimSun;font-size:16px;">(3)热处理时间过长导致泡沫片材产生气泡。PVC叠合料经加压模塑与冷却后，内含的AC发泡剂受热分解所产生的气体被强制包覆于冷却片坯内，气体的压力高于外界压力，并以一定的速度向外渗透扩散。因此，冷却片坯必须置于温度?0~IOO℃的蒸汽烘箱中进行常压热处理，使之吸热重呈高弹态。随之，片坯内含的气体膨胀，形成泡孔均匀微细的发泡片材。在热处理过程中，如果延长热处理时间或者加热蒸汽压力控制过高，就会使塑化片坯内各个微小气泡里的气体高度膨胀，导致泡壁变薄而形成相连泡孔，进而相连泡孔破裂并合成气泡，在泡沫片材表面鼓起?/span>

<span style="line-height:1.5;font-family:SimSun;font-size:16px;">(4)耐晒大红BBN的活化效应使泡沫片材产生气泡。长期以来，气泡现象还经常发生在泡沫片材的红底夹层，这表明气泡的产生与耐晒大红BBN有一定的关系。从BBN的分子结构看，BBN可能是一种呈碱性的化合物。它使红底夹层整个体系的碱性增强。根据以上提及的活化理论，在红底夹层中BBN促进了偶氮二甲酰胺的碱性水解作用，生成更多的偶氮甲酸根，使体系中不稳定中间体一偶氮甲酸铅的含量增大，因而在同样的模压发泡条件下，红底夹层中的AC发泡剂的分解温度比白底夹层、白面夹层和色底层等更低。每个AC发泡剂微粒分解产生的气体增多，微小气泡里的气体压力增大。随着二次发泡的进行，气体快速膨胀，泡孔直径变?泡壁变薄，导致相连泡孔破裂而形成气泡?/span>
</p>
<p>
<span style="line-height:1.5;font-family:SimSun;font-size:16px;">(5)双辊型片沾上机油使泡沫片材产生气泡。PVC混合物经双辊机塑炼拉成片材并叠合在一起，剪成几段后再拿到冲床上冲制出型片。在冲床上双辊片材的垫板有两块。上一块为较薄的塑料垫板，以便于移动；下块垫板为硬质塑料厚板，表面光滑。为使双辊片材被冲剪成一半后换方向再冲剪另一半而便于旋转，在下块垫板的表面涂上了一些机油以润滑。在生产中，如果操作者不注意就可能把一些机油沾到双辊型片上，称重排片时就会把沾有机油的双辊型片夹在叠合料中央。当PVC叠合料加压塑化时，机油起到了润滑作用，会阻碍上下层型片PVC分子链之间的相互缠结作用，而处在机油周围的许多AC发泡剂微粒受热后分解产生的气体会汇集在该处，经二次发泡后气体膨胀形成气泡?/span>

<span style="line-height:1.5;font-family:SimSun;font-size:16px;">(6)原辅材料混有杂质使泡沫片材产生气泡。当PVC树脂或各种添加剂混有杂质时，每一粒杂质就与PVC树脂形成一个界面，而当界面处的AC发泡剂微粒受热分解产生气体时，界面被气体胀大形成一个较大的孔洞?/span><span style="line-height:1.5;font-family:SimSun;font-size:16px;"></span>
